The hotel was clean and well, maintained, with modern, looking decor. the staff were friendly and attentive, providing helpful assistance throughout our stay. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and taxis. the room had a comfortable bed and ample storage space for our belongings.

The room was missing some basic amenities, such as slippers and toiletries like cotton buds and hand cream. the Wi, Fi was unreliable, with frequent disconnections and slow speeds.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing maps and answering any questions we had. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony to relax on.

The bathroom had a strong vinegar smell after it was cleaned, which was bothersome for my allergies. Despite requesting that the housekeeping staff stop using the cleaning product, it continued to be used until the second request.

The hotel is located in a more residential area within easy reach of main attractions. It is close to the Metro, making it convenient for traveling to all the interesting spots in the city. The rooms are well presented with comfortable beds and air conditioning. The bathrooms are clean and the power shower is amazing. The staff at reception are very helpful and welcoming, providing great service.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The location was very convenient, with a bus stop just opposite. We could easily walk to many nearby sights. The service was impeccable, with friendly and pro-active staff at the reception desk. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. We also enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi, as well as the flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.
